Packages

sometimes it is best to choose a package for a special occasion such as a wedding, concert, sports or other events, with a predictable start and finish time. Packages include a number of hours that fit your party, included in the price.

Book early, especially for large events
start looking good before needing the limousine. For wedding receptions, people usually reserve them 12 or 18 months in advance. For other events such as graduations, it is best to rent a few months in advance. Generally, it is usually time to start looking for 3 or 4 weeks before needing it. When you have chosen the service you want, get the confirmation in writing. For special occasions it is best to contact a week before to make sure that everything is still confirmed. Search through the internet, for example, "type of vehicle, your city" and look for companies that appear to you as a search result. Also look in the phone book.

Call the companies and listen to how they treat your call
On your special night, it is important that the company is responsible for your orders. Call those on your list and point out phrases that catch your eye. Question fees, cancellation fees, overtime cost, license numbers. Ask also if vehicles bring extras like alcohol, clubs, music, etc.
Decide which company gives you better vibes about whether it will arrive on time, whether it will have the best driver and if it has the best price. For most people the price is not as important as the service, so do not automatically choose the cheapest one. You may end up in an 80's limo with a driver dressed in jeans and a T-shirt.
Reserve the vehicle with the company of your choice
Make sure you get a copy of the contract / booking, the reservation number and your cancellation policy in writing or email. Be sure to confirm the price that will be charged to your credit card.
Call 2 or 4 days in advance to confirm your reservation and ask for the driver's number. Check that the route is correct and that there is a hired driver. Ask if they will sell your reservation to another company to take advantage. If they do, although not all do, ask for data of the company that will attend you to satisfy you of their reliability.
